Crews demolished a house and the former Dunbar Community Center to make way for a new Speedway gas station and convenience store on Hansen Avenue at Fairground Hill Road in Butler Township. The 3,900-square-foot store is expected to create 30 new jobs and include indoor seating. It will be the third Speedway in Butler County.JUSTIN GUIDO/Butler Eagle
