BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard the following cases.

Michelle L. McGinty, 56, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to charges of duty to give information/render aid, careless driving and improper passing filed March 23 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay $351 in fines and costs.

Jeffrey A. Fink, 63, of Butler, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed May 3 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay $568 in fines and costs.

Austin P. Smith, 18, of Lyndora, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed May 9 by the Butler County Drug Task Force and was ordered to pay $562 in fines and costs.

Della A. Ruminer, 50, of Renfrew waived to court a charge of retail theft filed April 30 by Butler Township police.

Allison A. Summers, 45, of Butler waived to court charges of sale or transfer of firearms, false written statements and unsworn falsification to authorities filed May 11 by Butler Township police.

Antonio D. Gibson, 34, of Farrell waived to court charges of forgery, criminal conspiracy and theft by deception filed April 26 by Butler Township police.

Amanda L. Parsons, 30, of Butler waived to court a charge of criminal conspiracy to commit forgery filed April 26 by Butler Township police.

Joshua D. Cain, 24, of Coraopolis pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge filed April 13 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay $466 in fines and costs.

Justina R. Cidila, 29, of Coraopolis pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge filed April 13 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay $466 in fines and costs.

Azza M. Gaines, 38, of Chicora waived to court charges of retail theft and criminal conspiracy filed Feb. 6 by Butler Township police.

Derik D. Stewart, 36, of Chicora waived to court charges of retail theft and criminal conspiracy filed Feb. 6 by Butler Township police.

Heather M. Blair, 48, of Butler, waived to court charges of DUI, registration/certificate of title required and driving without insurance filed April 3 by Butler Township police.

Katrina A. Adams, 21, of Butler, was held for court on charges of hindering apprehension or prosecution and fleeing/attempting to elude police filed March 1 by Butler Township police.

Hayden W. Burge, 22, of Bethel Park was held for court on a DUI charge filed April 16 by Butler Township police.

Jackson R. Blakely, 20, of Butler, was held for court on charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia filed April 2 by Butler Township police.

Lois Smith, 61, of Butler pleaded guilty to a retail theft charge filed April 6 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay $466 in fines and costs.

Christopher F. Taylor, 26, of Butler, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct (two counts) filed April 4 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay $706 in fines and costs.

Mathew C. Stuteville, 20, of Butler, pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge filed April 4 by Butler Township police.

Jessica H. Hilliard, 32, of Butler, pleaded guilty to a charge of theft by deception filed March 16 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay $468 in fines and costs.

Matthew C. MacCracken, 31, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed April 20 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay $612 in fines and costs.

Mickey L. Blystone, 50, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility, and possession of drug paraphernalia filed March 29 by state police.

Donald J. Campbell, 34, of Butler was held for court on charges of endangering the welfare of children and recklessly endangering another person filed April 2 by Butler Township police.

Brianna N. O’Malley, 22, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia filed April 4 by Butler Township police.

Stephen McCuskey III, 52, of Hubbard, Ohio, pleaded guilty to a retail theft charge filed Jan. 11 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay $466 in fines and costs.

Dean R. Krelko, 56, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge filed April 25 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay $440 in fines and costs.

Shawn H. Clark, 45, of East Butler pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge filed April 5 by state police and was ordered to pay $466 in fines and costs.

Billie Jo Bowers, 51, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed March 9 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay $568 in fines and costs.

Brooke M. Kobert, 33, of Butler waived to court retail theft charges (22 counts) filed May 9 by Butler Township police.

Lauren Maher, 23, of Butler, waived to court charges of DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and careless driving filed April 2 by Butler Township police.

Zachary R. Dascenzo, 27, of Hunker, waived to court charges of DUI, driving during suspension and roadways laned for traffic filed Feb. 20 by Butler Township police.

Nicholas M. Powers, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving on right side of roadway, driving on roadways laned for traffic, speeding, careless driving and a lighting violation filed April 4 by state police.

Kenneth L. Gregg, 60, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, roadways laned for traffic, vehicle entering or crossing roadway, careless and reckless driving filed March 26 by state police.
