BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard the following cases.

David J. Hindman, 23, of Boyers was held for court on charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and obedience to traffic control devices filed April 18 by Butler Township police.

Robin R. Lieser, 47, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance, small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness filed May 11 by Butler Township police.

William S. Stuteville, 28, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, receiving stolen property, possession of firearms prohibited, possession of firearms with altered serial number, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal conspiracy filed May 30 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.

Joshua J. White, 29, of Lyndora waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment filed May 14 in Butler Township police.

Elizabeth A. Walker, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, and criminal conspiracy filed May 30 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.

Jody M. Blystone, 47, of Karns City, waived to court charges of retail theft and criminal conspiracy filed June 11 by the Butler Township police.

Nathan C. Barnhart, 21, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, roadways laned for traffic, careless driving, hit and run and immediate notice of accident filed May 7 by state police.

Justin R. Manny, 37, incarcerated, waived to court charges of retail theft (two counts), false ID to law enforcement, and driving during suspension filed June 8, 15 and 18 by Butler Township police.

Linda M. Claypoole, 54, of Sandy Hook, Ky., pleaded guilty to a charge of false ID to law enforcement filed April 13 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay $418 in fines and costs.

Todd V. Scialabba, 45, of New Castle pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed May 21 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay $618 in fines and costs.

Dalton J. Leon, 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge filed March 20 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay $806 in fines and costs.

Samantha S. Trauterman, 24, of Butler pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge filed March 20 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay $656 in fines and costs.

Jonathan J. Daye, 25, of Butler, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed June 4 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay $460 in fines and costs.

Amanda J. Thomas, 39, of Butler pleaded guilty to a retail theft charge filed Dec. 8, 2017, by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay $227 in fines and costs.

Michael J. Hutcheson, 32, of Fort Mill, S.C., pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and driving during suspension filed Dec. 20, 2017, by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay $742 in fines and costs.

Jennifer R. Blystone, 34, of Chicora pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge filed May 2 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay $466 in fines and costs.

Matthew P. Zulick, 51, of Renfrew pleaded guilty to charges of theft, receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of registration and fraudulent use/removal of registration filed May 14 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay $1,067 in fines, costs and restitution.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge William O'Donnell recently heard the following cases.Jeffrey G. Crivelli, 56, of New Castle waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding lane, a turning violation, speeding, careless driving and failure to use safety belt filed May 2 by state police.Dennis J. Aaron, 51, of Slippery Rock, waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right, speeding, careless driving, and failure to notify police of accident filed May 6 by state police.Justin M. Sanderson, 28, of Butler, was held for court on charges of interference with custody of children, simple assault, criminal trespass and harassment filed June 18 by state police.Steven S. Uckele, 38, of Erie waived to court a charge of DUI filed April 15 by state police.Amanda N. Knight, 27, of Butler waived to court a DUI charge filed May 12 by state police.Ashley A. Sauer, 32, of Prospect was held for court on a disorderly conduct charge filed April 23 by state police.Elijah J. Trunick, 24, of Beaver Falls waived to court a DUI charge filed May 11 by Slippery Rock University police.Jeffrey M. Moss, 62, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right, disregarding lane and careless driving filed May 9 by state police.Scott A. Locke, 47, of Prospect pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of controlled substance and disorderly conduct filed March 29.Bryan R. Greene, 51, of Pittsburgh, waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, DUI, failure to keep right, careless driving and reckless driving filed March 1 by state police.Daryle L. Patterson, 45, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed March 23 by state police.Morgan M. Miller, 23, of Slippery Rock, waived to court a charge of endangering the welfare of children filed June 6 by Slippery Rock Borough police.Michael T. Haraburda, 65, of Slippery Rock, waived to court charges of DUI, no certificate of inspection and following too closely filed April 23 by Slippery Rock Borough police.Dallas C. Bowie, 22, of Pittsburgh, waived to court chargers of simple assault and harassment filed March 26 by state police.Robby A. Bowser, 55, of Butler, was held for court on charges of DUI, registration of title required, unauthorized transfer or use of registration, driver required to be licensed, driving without insurance, failure to keep right, disregarding lane, improper turn, careless and reckless driving filed May 10 by state police.David T. Gould, 58, of Sewickley waived to court charges of DUI, following too closely, speeding and careless driving filed April 28 by state police.

Klingensmith, 33, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and endangering the welfare of children filed May 30 by Penn Township police.Angela Lascuola, 38, of Butler was held for court on a charge of endangering the welfare of children filed May 30 by Penn Township police.Edward J. Mosley, 37, of Leechburg waived to court a bad checks charge filed May 24 by Saxonburg police.Jeremy M. Knapp, 33, of Lower Burrell, waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving filed April 12 by state police.Samantha L. Boucher, 31, of Sarver waived to court charges of theft, receiving and criminal conspiracy filed May 24 by Saxonburg police.Joshua J.
