The Supreme Court’s decision was right, but for the wrong reason. They failed to address the real issue.

LGBTQ groups have assumed the right to their lifestyle choices. They also seem to have assumed that others’ lifestyle choices must not conflict with theirs. Christians’ choices for example. “I respect everyone’s choices.” Right!

If a person wants to buy a Ford, does he have the right to insist that a Chevrolet dealer sell him a Ford? Mr. Chevy may want to sell him a Ford, but should he be compelled to do so? Or should the Ford shopper look for dealers who sell Fords? Likewise, should those shopping for LGBTQ cakes seek out bakers who bake LGBTQ cakes?

Mutual respect for each other’s choices. “Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness,” a right pursuit for all of us.
