Butler Bookstop
The Butler School District BookStop will make its first run through the county on Monday.
The BookStop is a vehicle that will be loaded with books and driven through the community making several stops along the way to give free books to children.
The BookStop will make its first run through the community this summer. Butler Area School District families will be invited to meet up with the BookStop along its route and pick out a new or gently used book to take home for free.
Meet at one of the following locations to pick out a free gently used book. Children can bring a book to trade or just pick out one for themselves.
BLUE ROUTE
9:30 to 9:50 a.m. Clearfield Township Municipal Building
10:05 to 10:25 a.m. Herman fire hall parking lot
10:40 to 11 a.m. East Butler fire hall
11:15 to 11:35 a.m. St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church
12:45 to 11:15 p.m. Institute Hill playground
1:30 to 2 p.m. Father Marinaro Park
GOLD ROUTE
9:30 to 9:50 a.m. Connoquenessing Elementary School
10:05 to 10:25 a.m. Parking lot across from St. John’s Byzantine Church
10:40 to 11:10 a.m. Alameda Park Purple Playground
