Found in a middle school parking lot, man pleads in drug case
After being found slumped over in the driver's seat of a car full of narcotics and other contraband at a Mars Middle School parking lot, a Pittsburgh man pleaded guilty to drug distribution and driving under the influence Tuesday.
Max Glazer, 26, pleaded guilty to felony possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and misdemeanor DUI controlled substance before Judge William Shaffer.
The plea agreement calls for a sentence of 60 months in the county Intermediate Punishment Program, with the first 6 months spent in the Butler County Prison, followed by 6 months on house arrest with electronic monitoring.
He will also be ordered to pay restitution, a $1,000 fine and complete 60 hours of community service.
He is scheduled for sentencing on July 19. He remains free after posting $40,000 bail, pending sentencing.
