JACKSON TWP — Supervisors voted to approve a proposed tentative planned residential development on Little Creek Road.

The meeting began with a public hearing on the project and when no one asked to speak, the board voted to close the hearing. They later voted to approve the plan.

The proposed development is about 31 acres, about half of which is expected to be developed, and will feature 59 townhomes, self-storage units and a one acre retail outparcel.

The property will be developed by T. Sawyer Real Estate Partners.
