SAXONBURG — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge Sue Haggerty.

Christopher William Thompson, 22, of Butler, waived to court charges of burglary, trespass, theft and criminal mischief filed March 19 by state police.

Barry Jacob Murray, 22, of Butler, waived to court charges of burglary, trespass, theft and criminal mischief filed March 19 by state police.

Joshua James Carpenter, 35, of Butler, waived to court charges of burglary, trespass and theft filed March 26 by state police.

Stanford Allen Russell Jr. 26, of Pittsburgh, was held for court on charges of possession of marijuana, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and depositing waste on highway filed Jan. 10 by state police.

Jeramiah V. Cubarney, 29, of Gibsonia, waived to court charges of theft by deception and home improvement fraud filed Nov. 15, 2017, by Penn Township police.

Lisa Rae Lamperski, 30, of Renfrew, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on right side of road, a lane violation and careless driving, filed Jan. 31 by state police.

Jordan Louis Kennedy, 28, of Butler, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, two lane violations and careless driving filed Dec. 10, 2017, by state police.

Jon Brian Cevario, 49, of Pittsburgh, was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, restrictions on use of limited access highways and speeding filed Feb. 8 by state police.

James J. Greco, 54, of Sarver, pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment filed Dec. 7, 2017, by Buffalo Township police and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $215.25.

SLIPPERY ROCK — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge William O’Donnell.

Joshua Ian Eiler, 35, of Slippery Rock, waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and no headlights filed Dec. 8, 2017, by state police.

Chad Alan Wimer, 26, of Prospect, pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge filed Dec. 30, 2017, by state police.

Darius Juan Lassiter, 20, of Pittsburgh, waived to court charges of DUI, failure to carry license, and a lighting violation filed Oct. 14, 2017, by state police.

Austin James Newell, 21, of Rillton, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangering, disorderly conduct, harassment and public drunkenness filed Jan. 28 by state police.

Scott Joseph Isaacs, 49, of Renfrew, was held for court on charges of DUI, a lane violation and careless driving filed Jan. 6 by state police.

Jennifer Lee Harrelson, 39, of Somerset, was held for court on charges of DUI, a lane violation speeding and careless driving filed June 17, 2017, by state police.

Ryan Causey Combs, 22, of Slippery Rock, waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving filed Feb. 4 by Slippery Rock police.

Hayden Matthew Bell, 21, of Carnegie, waived to court charges of DUI and no rear lights filed Dec. 3, 2017, by Slippery Rock police.

David Orville Guyette, 28, of Slippery Rock, waived to court charges of DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving unregistered vehicle, driving without insurance and defiant trespass filed Nov. 29, 2017 by Slippery Rock police.

Andrew Michael Bridgeforth, 23, of Nazareth, waived to court charges of DUI and no headlights filed Dec. 28, 2017 by Slippery Rock police.

BUTLER TWP — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge Kevin O’Donnell.

Nancy A. Hinchberger, 50, of Pittsburgh, waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility filed by state police.

Emily A. Mather, 48, of Eighty Four, waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy and retail theft (three counts) filed Dec. 27, 2017, by Butler Township police.

Kevin J. Stoner, 58, of East Butler, waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy and retail theft filed Nov. 27, 2017, by Butler Township police.

Benjamin L. Lechien, 31, of Butler, waived to court a retail theft charge filed by Butler Township police.

Kayla M. Wade, 25, of Sarver, was held for court on charges of retail theft and criminal trespass filed Feb. 8 by Butler Township police.

Heather A. Kuhrt, 33, of Butler, was held for court on charges of four counts of possession with intent to deliver, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities filed March 29 by state police.

Jack H. Hartle, 63, of Butler, was held for court on charges of possession with intent to deliver (four counts), possession of a controlled substance (two counts), possession of drug paraphernalia, and dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities filed March 29 by state police.

Daveon S. Thompson, 24, of Detroit, was held for court on charges of possession with intent to deliver (four counts), possession of a controlled substance (two counts), possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and dealing in the proceeds of unlawful activities filed March 29 by state police.

William V. Beavers Jr., 27, of Detroit, was held for court on charges of four counts of possession with intent to deliver, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities filed March 29 by state police.

Davane Jones, 29, of Dallas, waived to court a charge of criminal conspiracy filed March 31 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.

Erika E. Ringler, 30 of Butler, was held for court on charges of possession with intent to deliver (two counts), possession of a controlled substance (two counts), possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal conspiracy filed April 1 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.

Shane Michael Abbott, 18, of Butler, pleaded guilty a disorderly conduct charge filed Feb. 2 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay $466.25 fine and costs.

John W. Jacobs, 47, of Butler, pleaded guilty to a retail theft charge filed Feb. 8 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay $410.46 fine, costs and restitution.

Renee L. Simons, 51, of Butler, pleaded guilty to a retail theft charge filed April 8 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay fine, costs and restitution of $410.45.

BUTLER TWP — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge Kevin O’Donnell.

Jeffrey S. Panko, 32, of Butler, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, pedestrian under the influence of alcohol and public drunkenness filed Jan. 25 at Butler Township police.

Jeffrey L. Gates, 51, of Butler, waived to court a retail theft charge filed Feb. 5 by Butler Township police.

Ryan C. Furl, 45, of Butler, waived to court charges of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, two lane violations and careless driving filed March 19 by Butler Township police.

Michele L. Wardle, 29, of Butler, waived to court charges of providing false information in the sale or transfer of firearms and unsworn falsification filed March 26 by Butler Township police.

Brooke M. Kobert, 32, of Butler, waived to court a retail theft charge filed Feb. 20 by Butler Township police.

Samantha A. Maseroni, 28, of Butler, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, a lane violation, a turning violation, careless driving, and a seat belt violation filed Feb. 2 by state police.

Stephen W. Riegle, 61, of Butler, waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, registration/certificate of title required and driving under suspension filed Feb. 2 by state police.

Jason T. Sherman, 39, of Butler, pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge filed Feb. 5 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay a fine and costs of $366.25.

Elizabeth I. O’Rourke, 37, of Butler, pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge filed Oct. 27, 2017, by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay $460.50 fine and costs.

David A. Robb, 28, of Lynchburg, Ohio, pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge filed Nov. 21 by state police and was ordered to pay a fine and costs of $465.25.

Jessica L. Piwonski, 36, of Butler, pleaded guilty to a retail theft charge filed Feb. 9 by Butler Township police.

David M. Winkler, 68, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge filed Feb. 26 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay a fine and costs of $466.25.

Nicholas Alexander Massella, 22, of Butler, waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment filed March 2 by Butler Township police.

John MacArthur Rose III, 48, of Butler, waived to court charges of DUI, driving during suspension and a lighting violation filed Feb. 2 by state police.
