As Alice steps through the Looking Glass on April 25, 1973, she is greeted by a colorful Mad Hatter. Mrs. Donna J. Rankin of Center Township and daughter Lin enact the scene to draw attention to the final production of the AAUW Pied Piper Series for children, Alice in Wonderland. The play will feature a mod teenage Alice, a hippie Caterpillar, and other fun characters strangely different from those in the original Victorian version.
