Emergency crews in Penn Township are out at the scene of a jackknifed tractor-trailer crash on Pittsburgh Road. Penn Township Police and Penn Township Fire Department responded to the intersection of Dinnerbell Road and Pittsburgh Road at 9:25 a.m. Traffic is restricted around the scene. No further information was immediately available.
