CWNC loses in state semifinals, 56-47
Cardinal Wuerl North Catholic's girls basketball team came back from a 10-point first half deficit to lead by six points early in the fourth quarter, only to see a trip to the state title game slip away in a 56-47 semifinal loss to Berks Catholic in 4A action at State College High School.
Dani Short led CWNC with 17 points and Tess Myers scored 16.
