March 17 — Seven people were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs during a DUI checkpoint on Route 28 north at exit 17 in Buffalo Township, Butler County.
In all, police said they stopped and checked 289 vehicles. Seven traffic tickets were also issued.
