Offensively, Reed contributed a double, single and three RBI in the first game, a double, two singles and two RBI in the nightcap.

She had plenty of support as the Pioneers banged out 19 hits in the first game and 12 in the second. Nikki Houk had a home run, three singles and scored four runs. Moniteau graduate Alyssa Dailey had a double, three singles, four runs scored and two RBI.

Karns City graduate Ashley Coon had a homer, double and five RBI, Knoch grad Jesse Yenicj four singles and four RBI, Slippery Rock grad Alexis Vogan two doubles, a single and three RBI.

Knoch grad Sydney Natili had a double and RBI in the first game, Mars grad Bailey Campbell a double and two RBI, Lydia Roth a double and two RBI in the second.

The twinbill marked the Pioneers’ head coaching debut of former Moniteau coach Dan Beebe.
