ZELIENOPLE — Borough council members on Monday approved a motion to list its water treatment plant with a private commercial real estate company, after no one submitted any bids to purchase the property.
The borough has yet to determine which commercial firm it will go with, and council will have to vote to approve whatever choice is ultimately made.
