FOXBURG, Clarion County — The Allegheny-Clarion Valley School District will have a food drive to support the Backpacks for Success program at the high school.

Drop off fruit cups, fruit snacks, juice boxes, cans of soup, boxes of macaroni and cheese, cups of pasta, granola or breakfast bars and cereal at the band trailer in the high school parking lot, 776 State Route 58, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. March 15 through 17 during performances of the high school musical.

BRADY TWP — Jennings Environmental Education Center, 2951 Prospect Road, will host more events this month.

7 p.m. March 21, 3MJC Meeting at the Foltz School House: Join the Moraine, McConnells Mill and Jennings Commission to learn about the history of the Foltz School House, the work completed in past years and the future work planned.

10 to 11:30 a.m. March 30, Springtime Stroll: Jennings will offer family-friendly, free-wheeling discovery along the park’s trails. Jennings’ staff will lead the group in exploring and experiencing the springtime wonders expected on this informal, seasonal walk.

WEXFORD, Allegheny County — The North Hills Genealogists will host the 2018 Family History Conference and Workshops March 23 and 24 at the Columbian Room, 250 Swinderman Road, just past the junction of Routes 910 and 19.

The speakers will be John Philip Colletta, national speaker about family history, and Aaron McWilliams, reference archivist at the Pennsylvania State Archives.
