SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard the following cases:

Jeffrey Thomas Quail, 25, of Valencia waived his hearing on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving, filed Jan. 22 by Middlesex Township police.

Kelly Erin Croley, 41, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to use or possess drugs; delivery or intent to deliver drug paraphernalia, and disorderly conduct, filed Jan. 15 by Buffalo Township police.

Michelle Lynn Mills, 41, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, failure to notify authorities of a change of address, failure to drive on roads laned for traffic, and careless driving, filed Jan. 16 by state police.

Ronald P. Stark, 40, of Cabot waived to court charges of DUI and reckless driving filed Dec. 18 by Buffalo Township police.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge William O’Donnell recently heard the following cases:

Tyler Edwards Thimons, 33, of Gibsonia was held for court at a hearing on charges of use or possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI, careless driving and reckless driving filed July 2 by state police.

Elizabeth Orourke, 38, of Butler waived to court charges of use or possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI, careless driving and violating hazard regulations filed Sept. 24 by state police.

Jason Michael Dick, 37, of Mercer pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment filed Oct. 18 by state police.

Bernard Joseph Anderson, 43, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving, and giving police false information filed Dec. 10 by state police.

Douglas Eugene Thompson, 63, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, public drunkenness, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving, filed Feb. 8 by state police.

Michael Eric Webb, 49, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of use or possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 21 by state police.

Akelah Hughes, 30, of Slippery Rock, waived to court a charge of simple assault, filed Feb. 7 by Slippery Rock police.

James Donald Plesniak, 62, of Prospect waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lane and driving at an unsafe speed, filed Nov. 18 by state police.

Ethan Joseph Sunder, 19, of Franklin, waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of alcohol by a minor, filed Nov. 14 by SRU police.

Jonathan L. Smith, 43, of Butler was held for court after a hearing on charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to have a registration and certificate of title to the vehicle, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, failure to have required proof financial responsibility, failure to use safety belt, and operating a vehicle without a certificate of inspection, filed Dec. 1 by state police.

Casey Austin Henry, 23, of Slippery Rock was held for court after a hearing on charges of DUI and vehicle prohibited from entering or crossing a road, filed Nov. 5 by state police.

Madeleine Rae McConnell, 21, of Mercer was held for court after a hearing on a charge of retail theft, filed Dec. 21 by Slippery Rock police.

District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard the following cases:

Kenneth P. Keller, 47, of Fenelton waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Dec. 4 by state police.

Adam D. Fox, 18, of Freeport waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (2 counts), possession of a controlled substance (2 counts), and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 27 by Butler Township.

Russell E.J. Whittaker, 21, of Karns City pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay court costs and fine totaling $465 on a charge filed Dec. 22 by Butler Township police.

Amanda Beck, 33, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Feb. 3 by Butler Township police.

Makayla R. Bryan, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy-theft, possession of a small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 24 by Butler Township police.

Joyce M. Anderson, 45, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 2 by Butler Township police.

Casey J. Coffield, 19, of Indiana waived to court charges of theft and criminal conspiracy-theft, filed Feb. 15 by Butler Township police.

Derek E. Harnish, 26, of Renfrew waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy-retail theft and retail theft, filed Jan. 2 by Butler Township police.

Kayla D. Lutz, 25, of Renfrew waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy-retail theft and retail theft, filed Jan. 2 by Butler Township police.

Anthony D. Teresa A. Vasko, 52, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed Nov. 6 by Butler Township police. She was ordered to pay $465 in fines, cost and restitution.

Natascha E. Goetz, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed Oct. 30 by Butler Township police. She was ordered to pay $230 in fine, costs and restitution.

Amaya M. Andrada, 18, of Carlisle pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Jan. 2 by Butler Township police. She was ordered to pay $466 in fine and costs.

Ashley M. Frenchak, 30, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of false reports to law enforcement, filed Jan. 17 by Butler Township police. She was ordered to pay $618 in fine and costs.

Corey D. Slupe Jr., 24, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment, filed Jan. 22 by Butler Township police.

Marissa N. Ehrman, 25, of Butler was held for court after a hearing on a charge of retail theft, filed Jan. 16 by Butler Township police.
