CRANBERRY TWP — Thorn Hill Industrial Park could be getting a new development.

A public hearing for a conditional use application was held at Thursday's supervisors meeting for a two building development at 193 and 195 Thorn Hill Drive.

Called the Heights at Thorn Hill, it will consist of two buildings totaling 135,617 square-feet on a 16.5 acre lot. It's currently an undeveloped, wooded lot next to Wesco and across the street from XTO Energy.

One building will be a 60,000 square-foot distribution warehouse. The other is a 75,000 square-foot three story office building.

The applicant is required to build a left turn lane into the development, which can be done by striping the existing pavement, said Ron Henshaw, township director of planning and development.
