SAXONBURG — The South Butler School District has set March 20 through 23 for 2018-19 kindergarten registration.

Children must be 5 years old before Sept. 1 to attend in the fall. Documentation required at registration includes proof of residency, child’s original birth certificate, immunization records and custody papers, if applicable.

Registration is now open for preschool through sixth grade at HIS Kids Christian School, 650 Saxonburg Road.

Families are invited to visit the school from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. during the week of March 5 through 9. An evening open house/visitation will also be from 6 to 7:30 p.m. March 8.

[naviga:h3]Butler YMCA sets registration[/naviga:h3]

The Butler YMCA announced its Winter II program schedule which includes classes and activities for families, youths and adults.

Registration for YMCA members for classes and programs will be from Feb. 17 to Feb. 24; non-YMCA members can sign up from Feb. 21 to Feb. 24.

The Winter I cycle runs from Feb. 25 to April 21.
