SLIPPERY ROCK — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge William O’Donnell.

Hunter Lee Sowers, 24, of New Wilmington waived to court charges of theft, theft of secondary metal and possessing instruments of crime filed Nov. 1 by state police.

Martin Joseph Irwin, 28, of Harmony, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, a lane violation, speeding and careless driving filed Oct. 28 by state police.

James Melville Haskin, 67, of Emlenton waived to court charges of driving under the influence, a lane violation and careless driving filed Nov. 11 by state police.

Joshua James Lamping, 23, of Boyers pleaded guilty to a charge of use/possession of drug paraphernalia filed Aug. 13 by state police.

Richard E. Jones Jr., 35, of Volant waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving without a license, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, failure to keep right, a lane violation, careless driving and failure to use safety belt filed Nov. 11 by state police.
