You’ve got to be kidding! “It hurts nobody?” It disrespects the new father and mother, robbing them of the honor and dignity of motherhood and fatherhood. The birth certificate is a vital document.
Perhaps when same-sex couples (no father/mother) conceive and bear children, the time will have come to consider a “parent” birth certificate special for them.
