On Jan. 7 I had a serious illness causing difficulty in breathing. I had to get to a hospital quickly. It was 3 a.m. and the temperature was 20 degrees below zero.

When we arrived at the emergency room we were quickly checked in and taken to an exam room. Everything was done in an efficient and professional manner. I was then admitted to the sixth floor, room 6117W.

I received such great care from all the staff that I felt I needed to write this letter to thank each one of them for their excellent care. How wonderful it is to know that such a great hospital is nearby when it is needed!
