A man was sent to the hospital with minor injuries after his truck collided with a tree in Cranberry Township this morning.
Authorities say that the man lost control of his truck around a bend on Franklin Road, near north Boundary Park. He was transported to Passavant Hospital by emergency medical services.
The bend is a common spot for accidents, according to a Zelienople Fire Department official. The department encouraged motorists to use cation in colder weather, even when road conditions seem good.
Motorists on Franklin should expect a delay.
