Monday — An inmate was charged with having six stamp bags of suspected heroin last month in the Butler County Prison,

Joshua K. Minehart, 41, of Butler had been booked into the prison Dec. 27 after state police arrested him on a constable warrant and allegedly found him with drug paraphernalia.
