SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard the following cases:

Benjamin Coleton Haugh, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance; manufacturing, delivery and possession with intent; use or possession of drug paraphernalia; DUI and several motor vehicle code violations, filed by state police Dec. 24.

Timothy Louis Livengood, 28, of Sarver waived to court charges of criminal attempt at burglary (2 counts); possession of instruments of crime; criminal attempt at criminal trespass (2 counts); criminal mischief (2 counts); and loitering and prowling at night, filed by Buffalo Township police Dec. 21.

Nicholas Christopher Glasso, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and failure to drive in his lane of traffic, filed by state police Oct. 30.

Michelle Louise Klemm, 39, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and failure to obey traffic lights, filed by state police Nov. 28.
