The Butler Junior High wrestling team improved to 7-1 recently with a 91-6 win over Knoch.

The Golden Tornado had 10 wrestlers win by forfeit. Recording pins in the match were Dominic Vivirito at 122 pounds, Cade Evans at 130, Cooper Baxter at 165 and Jacob Pomykata at 185.

Justin Kabay won by major decision (8-0) at 155 pounds and Cade Savochka won a 2-0 decision at 138.

Butler still has four undefeated wrestlers this season in Levi Donnell (8-0), Baxter (8-0), Pomykata (8-0) and Shandell Zapata (8-0).

The Tornado return to action Saturday, hosting their 12th annual Junior High Duals.
