District Judge Lewis StoughtonCHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton heard the following cases in December:Victoria Lumley, 59, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI/high rate, careless driving and failure to use low beams, filed by state police Dec. 5.Benjamin Lukens, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI-controlled substance (three counts), failure to keep right, disregard traffic lane, driving at safe speed, careless driving and reckless driving.Steven Bowser, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI (general impairment), DUI (high rate), failure to keep right and driving at safe speed. Charges of disregarding traffic lane and careless driving were withdrawn, filed by state police Nov. 17.Stephen Kuzma, 49, of Butler waived to court charges of criminal attempt-burglary, terroristic threats, stalking, harassment, disorderly conduct, engage in fighting, loitering and prowling at night and public drunkenness, filed by state police Nov. 21.
