SAXONBURG — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge Sue Haggerty.

Sterling Shaw, 23, of Duquesne, was held for court on charges of theft and driving under suspension filed Nov. 14 by Buffalo Township police.

Paula Lowry, 51, of Sarver/Herman, was held for court on a theft charge filed Nov. 14 by Buffalo Township police.

Jessica Erdos, 41, of Butler, was held for court on charges of receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia filed Nov. 12 by Penn Township police.

Irisely Glover, 36, of Butler, waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia filed Oct. 11 by Penn Township police.

William Joseph Spencer, 33, of Sarver, waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property filed Dec. 4 by Buffalo Township police. Spencer also waived to court charges of retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia filed Nov. 29 by Buffalo Township police.

Paula Ann Vaughan, 59, of Sarver, waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property filed Nov. 3 by state police.

Wayne Robert Johnson, 35, of Sarver, waived to court a terroristic threats charge filed Nov. 28 by Buffalo Township police.

Patricia Gorski, 52, of Sarver, waived to court charges of driving under the influence filed Nov. 6 by Buffalo Township police.

Dakota Robert Furlong, 26, of Freeport, waived to court charges of aggravated assault by vehicle, accident involving injury, failure to stop and render aid, immediate notice to police, criminal mischief, reckless driving, driving under DUI suspension and recklessly endangering another person filed Nov. 30 by Buffalo Township police.

BUTLER TWP — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge Kevin O’Donnell.

Kristi L. Bowser, 43, of Butler, waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver filed Oct. 24 by state police.

Earl L. Everetts, 27, of Karns City, waived to court charges of driving under the influence or disorderly conduct filed Oct. 17 by Butler Township police.

Heather L. Karenbauer, 43, of Butler, waived to court charges of driving under the influence and speeding filed Nov. 6 by Butler Township Police.

Lorrie R. Kooser, 59, of Butler, waived to court charges of theft (17 counts) filed Oct. 26 by Butler Township police.

Franchesca M. Brim, 22, of West Sunbury, waived to court a charge of retail theft filed Nov. 13 by Butler Township police.

Noah L. Mowery, 20, of Butler, waived to court charges of theft of property lost/mislaid or delivered by mistake (two counts) filed Oct. 27 by Butler Township police.

Jessie O. Staaf, 22, of Butler, waived to court charges of driving under the influence and tire equipment and traction surfaces filed Oct. 27 by Butler Township police.

Hope Foote, 31, of Butler, pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge filed Oct. 2 by Butler Township police with $1,104.50 in fine, costs and restitution.

David R. Pisor, 28, of Boyers, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed Oct. 10 by Butler Township police with $210.50 fine and costs.

Mark A. Musser, 39, of Butler, pleaded guilty to a retail theft charges filed Oct. 23 by Butler Township police with $525.27 fine and costs.

Cheyenne A. Karch, 40, of Butler, pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia filed Nov. 30 by the Butler County DA drug task force with $861.25 fine and costs.

SLIPPERY ROCK — The following cases were recently heard by District Judge William O’Donnell.

Michael A. Masters, 44, of New Castle, pleaded guilty to a charge of theft filed Oct. 30 by state police.

David Nicholas Demharter, 19, of Slippery Rock, was held for court on charges of simple assault and harassment filed Dec. 9 by state police.

Alex Christopher Sabol, 18, of Millcreek, waived to court charges of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia filed Dec. 11 by state police.

Cory Francis McDonald, 23, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment filed Nov. 18 by state police.

Tyler Steven Bailey, 24, of Ellwood City, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding lane, a stop sign violation, speeding, careless driving, reckless driving, hit and run, and failure to notify police filed Oct. 14 by state police.
