Yeah, we are going to get tough with the drug dealers and users in our county. You’re giving them everything but an all-day pass to Kennywood — ARD, time served, probation, this program, that program.
I know the answer: It costs too much and takes too much of the court’s time to prosecute them. This program of “not in my back yard” may have been good if we told the assistant district attorney who makes these plea deals and then inform the judges we are going to get tough.
These people on the streets are laughing at you. Reducing felonies to wrist slaps is not justice You owe it to all of the law-abiding citizens of Butler County. Believe it or not, it’s our tax money supporting the courts and these ridiculous programs.
