1:39 a.m. Saturday — Police said Alecia Norfleet, 41, of Butler, was cited for disorderly conduct after police were called to a home at Whitestown Village for a report of a woman pounding on another residents’ door and yelling. Police said Norfleet was cited after she continued to “yell and carry on” after police arrived.

7:06 a.m. Friday — Police said Damien Smith, 33, of Butler, and Jessica Winkelman, 32, of Butler, were both charged with retail theft after allegedly stealing $112.96 in merchandise from the Walmart at Butler Commons.

9:33 a.m. Friday — Police said Gary Corbin, 65, of Butler, was driving on Litman Road when his vehicle lost a tire. Police said Corbin continued to drive until the vehicle became “permanently disabled” on Dutchtown Road. Police said no one was injured and the vehicle was towed from the scene.

3:30 a.m. Dec. 6 — Police said William Seybert, 37, of Portersville, was driving on McCalmont Road near the Buffalo Pittsburgh railroad crossing when he lost control and went onto the railroad tracks, causing disabling damage to the vehicle’s undercarriage. Police said no one was injured and the vehicle was towed from the scene.

3:54 p.m. Dec. 6 — Police said Justin P. Anthony, 23, of Karns City, was charged with retail theft after allegedly stealing $137.03 worth of grocery items from the Walmart at Hilltop Plaza in East Franklin Township.
