SLIPPERY ROCK — Council is asking borough residents interested in filling a vacant two-year term on council for 2018 to submit a letter of interest and resume to Lucinda Lipko, borough administrator, by Dec. 28.

To qualify, residents must have lived in the borough for at least one year, be a registered voter and be able to provide a signed, notarized affidavit to the borough administrator if selected by council.

Letters can be submitted to Lipko in person or by mail to Slippery Rock Borough, 306 E. Water St., Slippery Rock, PA 16057.
