Tuesday — Police are investigating a criminal mischief incident in the parking lot of Goodwill, Monroe Township, Clarion County, between 9 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. Tuesday. Police said a vehicle owner accidentally shut their seat belt outside the vehicle while it was parked, and an unknown suspect cut the belt apart and left the scene. The investigation is ongoing.

9:40 p.m. Nov. 19 — Lois L. Libecco, 54, of Parker, was charged with driving under the influence on Doc Walker Road, Perry Township, Clarion County, following a one-vehicle crash.

11:55 p.m. Nov. 22 — No injuries were reported in a crash in Scrubgrass Township, Venango County. Police said the crash occurred on Interstate 80, when a 2016 BMW 320 driven by Sumit Anand, 39, of Edison, N.J., left its lane and hit the right side of a 2010 Peterbilt tractor-trailer, driven by Marcus D. Benson, 48, of Detroit. Anand then lost control of his vehicle and hit a guide rail and the vehicle spun, coming to rest on the side of the road. Anand was cited with a summary offense of not driving on road laned for travel.

[naviga:h3]State Police, Punxsutawney[/naviga:h3]

Monday — The state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement cited the Kittanning Country Club in North Buffalo Township for allegedly violating the state liquor law between Oct. 5 and 19 by failing to have its board- approved manager complete a Responsible Alcohol Management Program. An administrative law judge will hear the case.
