SLIPPERY ROCK — Veterans and small business owners will have a chance to learn about launching their own ventures in a free seminar at Slippery Rock University.

Speakers Tom Weikel, with PNC Bank, and Victor Maga, a veteran and business owner, will talk about how to launch a business and John Golden, SRU assistant professor of law and finance and managing director of the Sustainable Enterprise Accelerator, will talk about “how to make your big idea really happen.”

The program will run from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 6 at the Alumni House, 1 Morrow Way. It is hosted by the Sustainable Enterprise Accelerator and PNC Bank.
