[naviga:h3]Ukulele, spoons featured at YMCA[/naviga:h3]

The Butler YMCA, 339 N. Washington St., will have a Simple Gifts music performance and teaching from 11 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. Oct. 26.

Audience members will have the opportunity to play the ukulele and drum a set of spoons before and after the performance.

Linda Littleton and Karen Hirshon, as the band Simple Gifts, play multiple instruments in a variety of ethnic folk styles and original compositions written in a traditional style.

[naviga:h3]Annual clothing sale scheduled[/naviga:h3]

ZELIENOPLE — St. Gregory Parish, 115 Pine St., will have its sixth annual used clothing sale from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 28 in the Blue Room.

There will be clothing for men, women and children.

A free-will offering and proceeds of the sale will benefit the St. Vincent DePaul Society.
