A Prospect couple is accused of shoplifting 58 pieces of merchandise at the Butler Commons’ Walmart Wednesday afternoon.

Police said Robert L. Murray, 54, and Bobbie Jo Goodman, 49, walked out of the store with the property, which is valued at $95.

Murray was barred from the store for shoplifting in 2014, according to a police report. He is charged with felony counts of retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft and a misdemeanor count of receiving stolen property.

Additionally, he is charged with summary counts of defiant trespass and driving with a suspended license.

Goodman is charged with conspiracy to commit retail theft and receiving stolen property, and a summary count of retail theft.
