I recently underwent a Caesarean section at Butler Memorial Hospital for the birth of my daughter on July 26. I feel it is necessary to acknowledge the team of doctors and nurses who provided me with exceptional care despite my overwhelming anxieties and nerves.

This team of professionals went above and beyond to provide me with a calm and comfortable environment during the entire process.

I want to publicly thank Liz, Al, Phyllis, Susan, Dr. Hertzog, and especially Dr. Arnette for being so patient and kind. From their warm smiles and calming voices to Al’s joke-telling, they were able to lighten the atmosphere and relieve me of my anxieties.

I also want to extend a special thanks to Ashley, Lori and Kathleen on the maternity ward. These nurses went out of their way to provide me with genuine care and offered nurturing smiles. Although this was just another day at the office for these individuals, they made one of the most memorable moments of my life even more special. These memories will be cherished for a lifetime.
