3:15 a.m. Saturday — Two men were arrested and charged with criminal trespass and theft for allegedly stealing copper wire from a dumpster at Colony Homes in Paint Township, Clarion County.

Jacob Vasbinder, 26, of Rimersburg and Barry Steele Sr., 56, of Chicora are accused of the crime.

Police initially arrested Vasbinder, who they say was caught in the act of stealing from the dumpster. Their investigation pointed to Steele as an accomplice and he was arrested at the Country Fair gas station.
