PETROLIA — A search for the missing 17-year-old Petrolia girl Thursday night yielded no new information for her family.
Julie Fichter, the mother of the missing teen, Megan, said the family conducted a search of the immediate area around Petrolia.
“We have nothing,” she said.
Despite disappointing results from Thursday night, Julie Fichter said the family will continue their efforts.
“I'm not gonna give up,” she said.
Megan, who is described as being five feet tall, 120 pounds with brown eyes and short brown hair that has been shaved on both sides, was last seen getting into a car at about 6 p.m. Tuesday outside Boltz's Market, according to police.
Anyone who has information about her locations is asked to call state police in Butler at 724-284-8100.
