6:20 p.m. Friday — Police said Virginia Orock, 82, of Portersville, suffered suspected minor injuries and was cited for driving her vehicle at an unsafe speed after a one-vehicle crash on Portersville Road. Police said Orock lost control of her Chevrolet Equinox on the wet road and went into a ditch. A passenger, Regis E. Orock, 84, also suffered suspected minor injuries, police said.

4:15 p.m. Friday — Police say Albertus A. Plekker, 61, of Butler, was not injured in a three-vehicle crash on Main Street in Manor Township, Armstrong County. Police said Plekker was stopped in the southbound lane of Route 66 when a Chevrolet Silverado driven by Tyler C. Eckman, 23, of Ford City, rear-ended his GMC Denali, forcing it into the northbound lane where it hit a Toyota driven by Taylor L. Townsend, 31, of Kittanning. Police said no one was injured in the crash, and Eckman was cited for driving his vehicle at an unsafe speed.

2:20 p.m. Saturday — Two people suffered serious injuries in a motorcycle crash on Clintonville Road in Irwin Township, Venango County. Police said a Harley-Davidson motorcycle driven by James E. Adzima, 70, of Greenville went into a ditch after its left peg made contact with the road. Adzima was not wearing a helmet and was flown to Allegheny General Hospital. Debra G. Kirk, 56, of Sun Lakes, Ariz., was a passenger on the motorcycle. She was wearing a helmet and was taken to Grove City Medical Center to be treated for injuries. The driver will be cited for driving on a road laned for traffic, police said.
