CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases:

Azza Gaines, 37, of Chicora waived to court charges of retail theft and disorderly conduct filed March 6 by Butler state police. Charges of false identification and harassment were withdrawn.

Douglas Flick, 50, of Chicora was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, driving while license is suspended and speeding filed May 11 by Butler state police.

Michael Rinehart, 40, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia filed July 11 by Butler state police. A charge of driving without rear lights was withdrawn.

James Fleischer, 35, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief (four counts), disorderly conduct and harassment filed April 27 by Butler state police.

Hunter Romito, 17, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving under the influence as a minor, disregarding traffic lanes and driving at an unsafe speed filed July 6 by Butler state police. Charges of purchase of alcohol by a minor, driving an unregistered vehicle and careless driving were withdrawn.

Gregory Miller, 32, of Butler was held for court on charges of aggravated assault by vehicle, driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and reckless driving filed March 5 by Butler state police.

Steven Benson, 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed July 11 by Butler state police. Charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia were withdrawn.

Michael Gladd, 46, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license, operating a prohibited vehicle, operating an ATV on streets and highways, operating an ATV under the influence, operating an ATV without a helmet and operating an ATV without insurance filed June 22 by Butler state police.

Adam Will, 37, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without rear lights filed April 27 by Butler state police. Charges of possession of a controlled substance and a small amount of marijuana were withdrawn.

SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Kelly Phillip Scott Murphy, 47, of Sumter, S.C., was held for court on charges of theft by deception (two counts), bad checks and retail theft filed May 15 by Penn Township police.

Mauri Cantera Comacho, 38, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving without rear lights filed July 5 by Saxonburg police.

David M. Bramini, 35, of Sarver waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property filed June 5 by Buffalo Township police.

Nicklas Isaac Bridges, 22, of Evans City waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding filed June 16 by Penn Township police.

Shelby Marie Kildoo, 20, of Cabot waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without lights filed May 2 by Saxonburg police.

Michael Adlesic Brown, 45, of Gibsonia waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia filed April 3 by Penn Township police.

Andrew J. Walagura, 34, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license filed June 28 by Penn Township police.

In a separate case, Walagura waived to court charges of terroristic threats and harassment filed June 21 by Penn Township police.

James Ryan Monks, 36, of Camden, Ohio, was held for court on a charge of abandonment of vehicle filed May 18 by Middlesex Township police.

David B. Metz Jr., 40, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving under DUI suspension, careless driving and disregarding traffic lanes filed July 5 by Penn Township police.

Jadan McDivitt, 30, of Erie pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia filed Feb. 22 by Penn Township police.

Levi D. Dellen, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving an unregistered vehicle filed June 5 by Penn Township police.

Cline Dunham, 32, of New Brighton waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content of 0.186 percent and failure to keep right filed April 10 by Middlesex Township police.

Nicholas William Pipher, 25, of Butler pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia filed June 5 by Penn Township police.

Tasha Elaine Lutz, 27, of Renfrew was held for court on a charge of abandonment of vehicle filed May 18 by Middlesex Township police.
