BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard these cases:

Gregory C. Brown, 46, of Philadelphia was held for court on charges of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance (two counts); conspiracy to manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance (two counts); possession of a controlled substance (two counts); conspiracy of possession of a controlled substance (two counts); false identification to an officer; and parking in a handicapped zone filed May 25 by Butler Township police.

Amber M. Gregory, 30, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, driving without headlights and sun screening and other prohibited material filed April 24 by Butler township police.

Justin M. Johnson, 19, of Butler was held for court on charges of hindering apprehension and false reports to law enforcement authorities filed June 21 by Butler state police.

Ronald Beachem Jr., 45, of West Sunbury pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed June 7 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $460.50.

Christian Lee Pfeil, 20, of Fenelton waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, careless driving and a lighting violation filed May 9 by Butler state police.

Walter M. Wojichowski, 38, of Prospect waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving without a license, driving during suspension — DUI related, making an improper turn, careless driving, reckless driving and a lighting violation filed May 28 by Butler state police.

Michael K. Helmstaedter, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and failure to use low headlight beams filed June 6 by Butler state police.

Jan E. Fisher Sr., 59, of Lyndora waived to court charges of insurance fraud and criminal attempt theft by deception filed June 16 by Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General.

Jeffrey E. Perritt, 56, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft filed May 31 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $354.50.

Jarrod N. Warner, 37, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft filed May 22 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $478.95.

Melanie J. Provost, 39, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft filed May 22 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $460.50.

Harrison W. Daniels, 28, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment filed June 29 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $454.50.

Laura L. McCrea, 29, of Chicora was held for court on charges of theft by deception and retail theft filed May 26 by Butler Township police.

Lili Mae Szymecki, 36, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and making an improper turn filed June 12 by Butler Township police.

Stacy J. McConahy, 31, of Butler waived to court a charge of theft filed May 4 by Butler Township police.

Bobbi Lee Rankin, 24, of Renfrew waived to court charges of driving under the influence and disregarding traffic lanes filed May 30 by Butler Township police.

Garett L. Lemmon, 22, of Prospect waived to court charges of driving under the influence and disregarding traffic lanes filed June 15 by Butler Township police.

Johnnie Mae Nagowski, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (two counts), tampering with evidence and possession of a controlled substance (two counts) filed June 29 by Butler Township police.

Jarrod L. Shoaf, 35, of Chicora waived to court charges of forgery (seven counts), identity theft (seven counts) and theft (four counts) filed July 5 by Butler Township police.

William C. Jackson, 34, of Pittsburgh pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed June 2 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $612.50.

Tara E. Patterson, 28, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed June 2 by Butler Township police and was ordered to pay fines and costs of $612.50.
