SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases.

Jason R. Wensel, 35, of Leechburg waived to court a charge of bad checks filed Feb. 24 by Buffalo Township Police.

Matthew Brian Miller, 23, of Virginia Beach, Va., was held for court on charges of improper pass, driving without a license, displaying plate card in improper vehicle, operating vehicle without insurance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia filed May 15 by Buffalo Township Police.

Jessica Terek, 30, of Butler waived to court dangerous dog charges filed March 9 by Pa. Dog Law Enforcement.

Kimberly McLaughlin, 59, of Blawnox waived to court a charge of bad checks filed May 3 by Glassmere Fuel.

Sarah Lee Wickett, 20, of St. Marys waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia filed May 17 by state police.

Travis Allen Cauvel, 23, of Saint Marys waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance filed May 17 by state police.

Krystal Marie Miller, 28, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, prohibited offensive weapons and improper sunscreen filed May 17 by state police.

Ebraheim M. Salem, 29, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia filed June 1 by state police.

Philip Mironov, 29, of Pittsburgh, waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia filed June 1 by state police.

Nikki Steetle, 32, of Clintonville waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance (two counts) and possession of drug paraphernalia filed Feb. 22 by Penn Township Police.

William Clark Moore, 45, of Emlenton waived to court charges of altered/forged documents/plates, driving under suspension, and inspection violations filed April 25, 2016, by Penn Township Police.

Troy William Thrower, 44, of Leechburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving while operating privilege is suspended, driving without insurance, driving on road ways laned for traffic, speeding and careless driving filed May 9 by state police.

Tina Mae Budner, 46, of Cabot waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on the right side of the road, speeding and careless driving filed May 25 by state police.

Lawrence A. Rudish, 74, of Cabot waived to court charges of hit and run, failure to stop and give information, reckless driving and following too closely filed June 8 by Saxonburg Police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard these cases.

Matthew E. Maire, 27, of Lyndora was held for court on a charge of driving under the influence filed May 31 by Butler Township Police.

Holly Lee Wilson, 43, of Montoursville was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia filed March 13 by Butler Township Police.

Mark A. Dellen II, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance filed April 5 by Butler Township Police.

George C. Early, 47, of Hilliards waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy (two counts) and theft by deception filed April 24 by Butler Township Police. Early also waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy, receiving stolen property and theft by deception filed May 4 by Butler Township Police.

Aaron S. Wiemelt, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy-retail theft and criminal conspiracy-theft by deception filed April 24 by Butler Township Police.

Michael J.W. Scott, 28, of Butler was held for court on a charge of retail theft filed May 17 by Butler Township Police.

Walter L. Lewis, 54, of Stone Mountain, Ga., waived to court charges of forgery (six counts); criminal attempt-acquisition by misrepresentation (three counts): criminal attempt-knowing or possessing a controlled substance (three counts); and procurement of drugs by fraud (six counts) filed June 11 by Butler Township Police.

Matthew K. Wiles, 24, of Chicora pleaded guilty to charges of false ID to law enforcement; criminal trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia filed June 13 by Butler Township Police.

Michael C. Bastian, 20, of Renfrew was held for court on charges of receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy and retail theft filed May 10 by Butler Township Police.

Sandi L. Kradel, 35, of Chicora was held for court on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving during suspension filed May 15 by Butler Township Police.

William S. Stuteville, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal conspiracy, corruption of minors, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving during suspension, failure to stop at inoperable/malfunctioning signal and receiving stolen property filed June 25 by Butler Township Police.

Michael A. McPherson, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and disregarding flashing red signal filed May 1 by Butler Township Police.

Julie L. Lascuola, 34, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia filed May 15 by Butler Township Police.

Codie S. Rekasie, 21, of Evans City waived to court charges of criminal attempt, receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy and retail theft filed May 10 by Butler Township Police.

Tyler D. Smith, 32, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed May 9 by Butler Township Police.

Jesse Allen Dagger, 37, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lane, speeding and careless driving filed March 23 by state police.

Richard Adam Morrison, 28, of Butler, waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and driving under the influence filed April 15 by state police.

Michael Paul Mason, 41, of New Castle was held for court on charges of corruption of minors, criminal use of a communication facility, indecent exposure, unlawful contact with a minor and open lewdness filed Jan. 21 by state police.

Douglas Scott Good, 56, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving filed April 22 by state police.

Hussein Amine Hoballah, 28, of Dearborn Heights, Mich., waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, registration of title required and driving without insurance filed May 17 by state police.

Paul Edward Kellar, 19, of Warren, Ohio, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of alcohol by a minor, and minor prohibited from operating a vehicle with any alcohol in system, filed April 30 by Slippery Rock University Police.

Faizon Marcel McClure, 20, of Meadville waived to court charges of driving under the influence, minor prohibited from operating vehicle with any alcohol in system and failure to use low beam filed April 29 by Slippery Rock University Police.

Mollie Elizabeth Lough, 34, of Johnstown waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and use of multiple beam lighting filed May 11 by Slippery Rock University Police.

John James Traver, 40, of Portersville was held for court on charges of stalking, reckless endangering, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass filed April 26 by Slippery Rock Police.

Jessica Marie McCloskey, 27, of Butler was held for court on charges of endangering the welfare of children, fleeing and driving while license is suspended or revoked filed by state park rangers on April 28.

Ericka Renee Wilson, 22, of Grove City waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failure to keep right and disorderly conduct filed May 19 by Slippery Rock Borough Police.

Jonathan Joseph Dillingham, 24, waived to court charges of criminal trespass and criminal mischief filed Jan. 26 by state police.
