12:07 p.m. Wednesday — Police charged Jennifer Ann Needham, 44, of Butler with one felony count of retail theft after she allegedly stole items valued at $54 from Giant Eagle at Moraine Pointe Plaza.

1:23 a.m. June 17 — Police charged Daniel Hartzell, 30, of Cabot and Tanya Tyson, 26, of Saxonburg with possession after both were found with suboxone and drug paraphernalia at Moraine Pointe Plaza.

3:18 p.m. Wednesday — Police said they are investigating a suspected DUI involving a 36-year-old Pittsburgh man who was stopped for a traffic violation on Route 28 northbound near exit 17 in Buffalo Township. Police said it was determined that the man was under the influence of a controlled substance, and troopers also seized drug paraphernalia during the traffic stop. The investigation continues.
