Connor Miller, David Matson and Dallas Hays combined on a two-hitter recently as East Butler defeated Meridian, 7-1, in Butler County legion baseball.

Hays and Hayden Kretzer had two singles each for East Butler (7-6), which hosts Saxonburg at 8 p.m. today.

Saxonburg 26, Karns City 4 — Dom Bucko hit a pair of home runs and doubled and Mike McCarty also had three hits, including a home run, as Saxonburg rolled.

Jack Bartek tossed four no-hit innings for Saxonburg (11-0), which had 15 hits in the onslaught.

Ben McMillen also doubled twice for Saxonburg.
