CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases.

Kayla Fink, 23, of Clarion pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft filed by state police.

Kiera Morgan, 21, of Franklin waived to court charges of retail theft and criminal conspiracy filed by state police.

Brenda Sinchar, 52, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by deception and retail theft filed Feb. 14 by state police.

Tuesday Seippel, 42, of Franklin waived to court a retail theft charge filed by state police.

David Herold, 31, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief filed Sept. 26 by state police.

Jacob Seybert, 21, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, registration card to be signed, general lighting requirements, and an occupant protection violation filed by state police.

Brian Mershimer, 39, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and disregarding traffic lane filed May 1 by state police.

Colby Clouse, 38, of Chicora was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, failure to keep right, a turning violation and careless driving filed March 6 by state police.

Kurt Kelly, 39, of Petrolia waived to court charges of theft by deception and unauthorized use of vehicle (two counts) filed May 4 by state police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard these cases.

Justin D. Woods, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering, disorderly conduct and harassment filed April 28 by Butler Township Police.

Joseph D. Hess, 24, of New Wilmington waived to court charges of resisting arrest, obstructing highway, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct (two counts), and pedestrian under the influence filed April 22 by Butler Township Police.

Charles J. Perkins, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of robbery and receiving stolen property filed April 27 by Butler Township Police.

Mackenzie P. Peters, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of endangering the welfare of children (two counts) filed March 30 by Butler Township Police.

Tyson A. Andrada, 20, of Mercer pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge filed May 4 by Butler Township Police and paid a fine and costs of “$304.50.

Kurtis E. Keener, 36, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed Jan. 5 by Butler Township Police and paid a fine and costs of $562.

Bobbie Jo Tebay, 40, of Evans City pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and harassment filed March 2 by Butler Township Police.

Thomas A. Purcell, 24, of Lyndora was held for court on charges of prohibited offensive weapons, possession of a controlled substance (two counts), and possession of drug paraphernalia filed April 17 by Butler Township Police.

Michael R. Linn, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and unauthorized certificate of inspection filed April 6 by Butler Township Police.

Shiela M. Carmichael, 33, of Benwood, W.Va., waived to court charges of acquisition of a controlled substance by misrepresentation, possession of a controlled substance and retail theft filed Feb. 23 by Butler Township Police.

William J. Kamer Jr., 37, of Vandergrift pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding filed April 3 by Butler Township Police and paid a fine and costs of $652.50.

Anthony M. Puglisi, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of public drunkenness and possession of drug paraphernalia filed May 6 by Butler Township Police and paid a fine and costs of $662.50. In a separate case, he pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and harassment filed April 27 by Butler Township Police and paid a fine and costs of $662.50.

Selena Y. Klapheke, 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed May 14 by Butler Township Police and paid a fine and costs of $706.50.

Tara L. Hockenberry, 24, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed May 14 by Butler Township Police and paid a fine and costs of $656.50.

SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases.

Courtney Lynn Lindsay, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a turning violation filed April 24 by Penn Township Police.

Robert Guthrie, 33, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving filed May 2 by Buffalo Township Police.

Tammy Straughn, 52, of Grove City, pleaded guilty to a bad check charge filed April 20 by Glasmere Fuel and paid a fine, costs and restitution of $3,207.24.

Jason Brian Steighner, 34, of Renfrew pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed April 5 by state police and paid a fine and costs of $412.50.

Basil Alan Luchkiw, 35, of Cabot waived to court charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct (two counts), harassment (two counts) and criminal mischief filed May 31 by Buffalo Township Police.

Carrie Elizabeth Wilson, 23, of Allison Park waived to court a driving under the influence charge filed April 10 by Middlesex Township Police.

Brian Allan Shaffer, 52, of Valencia waived to court charges of reckless endangering, simple assault, terroristic threats, harassment, theft, robbery of a motor vehicle, robbery-threat of serious injury and receiving stolen property filed May 26 by Middlesex Township Police.

Darryn Andrew John, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault, reckless endangering and harassment filed June 1 by Penn Township Police.

Nicholas S. Reyes Planas, 26, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to charges of theft and receiving stolen property filed March 29 by state police.

Kelsey Jo Koller, 21, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, failure to carry registration card, failure to carry license, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving filed March 7 by state police.

Duwayne Merle Craig, 59, of Harrisville waived to court charges of possession with intention to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance filed Aug. 15 by state police.

Brayden Tyler McCorry, 23, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, operating vehicle with unsafe equipment, operating vehicle without inspection, and careless driving filed March 29 by Slippery Rock Borough Police.

Jonathan Michael Pollio, 31, of Prospect waived to court charges of possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct filed April 8 by Slippery Rock Police.

Jesse R. Fitzsimmons, 22, of Monaca waived to court a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed April 22 by Slippery Rock University Police.

Christopher J. Dusheck, 49, of Portersville waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failure to keep right, speeding and careless driving filed March 10 by state police.

Jason David Lechner, 45, of New Castle waived to court charges of fleeing, driving under the influence, failure to keep right, a stop sign violation, a turning violation and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked filed May 5 by state police.

Shawn William Orourke, 50, of Harrisville waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving while operator’s privilege is suspended or revoked, and disregarding traffic lane filed Feb. 10 by state police.

R. Jarrod Price, 36, of Butler was held for court on charges of burglary, criminal trespass, theft and criminal mischief filed Jan. 15 by state police.

Andrew Jacob Walters, 24, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, owning, operating or conducting a chop shop, alteration or destruction of a vehicle identification number, disposition of vehicle or vehicle part with altered ID number, and possession of drug paraphernalia filed Feb. 22 by state police.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases.

Megan M. McMillen, 33, of Evans City waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property filed April 27 by Jackson Township Police.

Cody Todd Pyle, 27, of Chicora was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and careless driving, filed April 24 by state police.

Trimayne Franklin, 30, of Kittanning was held for court on charges of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, vehicle registration suspended, and driving while operator’s privilege is suspended or revoked, filed May 7 by Adams Township Police.

Paul Mosberger, 44, of Evans City was held for court on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance filed Oct. 25 by Evans City Seven Fields Regional Police.
