SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard the following cases.

Tyler James Marweg, 23, of Wexford pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge filed April 25 by Middlesex Township Police and paid fines and costs of $460.50.

David Jay Thomas, 28, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge filed April 25 by Middlesex Township Police and paid fines and costs of $460.50.

Lydia Margaret Garcia, 26, of Sarver was held for court on charges of driving under the influence and speeding filed April 24 by state police.

Tyler Joseph Scheller, 23, of Zelienople was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, failure to keep right, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and of drug paraphernalia filed May 1 by Middlesex Township Police.

Joseph Florent Rogers, 38, of Butler was held for court on an abandoned vehicle charge filed April 17 by Middlesex Township Police.

John Ray Eckert, 37, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding filed April 10 by Middlesex Township Police and paid fines and costs of $647.50.

Brandon Robert Osche, 28, of Natrona Heights waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and windshield obstructions filed April 24 by state police.

Tammi S. Rossi, 44, of Butler was held for court on charges of theft and possession of a controlled substance filed April 7 by Saxonburg Police.

Patricia A. McHale, 41, of Valencia was held for court on charges of false reports and unsworn falsification filed March 15 by Middlesex Township Police.

Cheyenne Lynn Figurski, 19, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence, restrictions on limited access highways, windshield obstructions and driving under suspension filed March 22 by state police.

Raymond Allen Preston, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of child endangerment, simple assault and harassment filed March 14 by Penn Township Police.

Anthony Michael Cousins, 25, of Prospect waived to court charges of aggravated assault by vehicle while driving under the influence, driving under the influence, and reckless driving filed April 26 by Penn Township Police.

David James Schneider, 57, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence filed Jan. 30 by state police.

Zachary Evan Smith, 24, of Butler was held for court on charges delivery or manufacture of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia filed March 6 by Penn Township Police.

Darryn Andrew John, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment filed April 24 by Penn Township Police.

Cody J. Scheible, 23, of Valencia waived to court charges of driving under the influence, unsworn falsification, tamper/fabricate physical evidence and false ID to law enforcement filed March 9 by Middlesex Township Police.

Joseph Wayne Zaborowski, 48, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of theft filed March 21 by state police and paid costs and restitution of $336.50.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard the following cases.

Uriah Bish, 24, of Hilliards was held for court on charges of possession of red phosphorous, fleeing, possession of marijuana, driving under the influence, driving with blood alcohol content of .02 percent or greater, failure to keep right, failure to yield, careless driving and reckless driving filed May 5 by state police.

Albert Leroy Claypoole Jr. 46, of Lyndora waived to court charges of false written statement and statement under penalty filed April 26 by state police.

Brittany Leigh Christy, 23, of Hilliards waived to court charges of possession of red phosphorous, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana filed May 5 by state police.

Amber May Smith, 30, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, operating a vehicle without insurance, following too close and careless driving filed Jan. 10 by state police.

Jason Lechner, 45, of Elizabeth, N.C., waived to court charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence and disregarding traffic lane filed May 11 by state police.

Jacob Seybert, 21, of Butler was held for court on charge of criminal trespass, indecent assault and harassment filed May 3 by state police.

Timothy McCullough, 22, of Chicora pleaded guilty to charges of theft by motor vehicle and loitering filed May 2 by state police.

Michael Dennis Hedglin, 44, of Butler waived to court charges of rape of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, incest, endangering the welfare of a child, indecent exposure, and indecent assault on a person less than 16 years old filed May 3 by state police.

Robert Donald Dingel, 48, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving filed March 6 by state police.

Ty Ortezio Washington, 19, of Pittsburgh pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge filed March 31 by state police.

Shannon Mae Sefton, 19, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and no headlights filed April 2 by state police.

Stephanie Francis McGill, 24, of Indiana waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lane, speeding and careless driving filed March 17 by state police.

Joshua H. Dick, 39, of Prospect waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving filed Feb. 22 by state police.

Jorden Edward Dolan, 22, of Mercer waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana filed May 2 by state police.
