CRANBERRY — District Judge David Kovach recently heard the following cases. Unless otherwise noted, the following cases were filed by Cranberry Township police.

Ashley Elizabeth Hall, 29, of Ambridge waived to court four counts of conspiracy to commit retail theft, four counts of retail theft and four counts of receiving stolen property filed Feb. 21.

Christian Cruz, 30, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of reckless driving and two counts of driving under the influence, filed March 2.

Christopher James Johnston, 27, of Cranberry waived to court charges of careless driving, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and two counts of DUI, filed May 4.

William Aracena Mendoza, 42, of Bronx, N.Y., waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit forgery, forgery, identity theft, theft by deception and false identification to a law enforcement officer, filed May 5.

Jeremy M. Andesetti, 35, of Houston, Pa., waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed March 14.

Jennifer Lee Keylon, 28, of Chattanooga, Tenn., waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed April 8.

Richard Joseph Means, 48, of Portersville waived to court charges of unlawfully attempting to buy a firearm and making a false statement, filed May 18.

Justin Alan Belvedere, 48, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of conspiracy, access device altered, retail theft, theft by deception and receiving stolen property, filed April 11.

Justin Westerman, 29, of New Brighton waived to court charges of conspiracy, access device altered, retail theft, theft by deception and receiving stolen property, filed March 28.

William Russell Reid, 54, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of conspiracy/manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, six counts of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, three counts of criminal use of a communication facility, and three counts of possession of a controlled substance, March 9 by Butler County detectives.

Johnathan E. Harris, 43, of New Brighton waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft, access device altered, theft by deception/false impression and receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 1.

Kimberley Rihel, 40, of New Brighton waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft, access device altered, theft by deception/false impression and receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 1.

Jonathan Robert Bishop, 31, Mars waived to court charges of possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 15.

Krista Mesko, 27, of Monaca waived to court charges of bad checks, filed March 30.

Ronald Allen Scurti, 51, was held for court on charges of access device revoked or canceled, theft by deception/false impression, receiving stolen property and bad checks, filed Feb. 2.

Ellen Sasse, 36, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and defiant trespass actual communication, filed April 6.

Jade Perry, 27, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed March 17.

Shane Joseph Rusnock, 25, of Ellwood was held for court on charges of DUI and restrictions on alcoholic beverages, filed April 9.

Jayme A. Deitz, 47, of Erie was held for court on charges of retail theft and defiant trespass actual communication, filed March 20.

Ryan Thomas, 47, of Imperial, was held for court on charges of a stop-sign violation and two counts of DUI, filed March 29.

Stacey L. Daugherty, 37, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of access device fraud, receiving stolen property, theft by deception/false impression, retail theft and driving with a suspended license, filed May 13.

Vince Putman, 33, of Springfield, Ohio, was held for court on charges of criminal trespass and retail theft, filed March 9.

Marcy Holiday, 30, of Beaver Falls was held for court on charges of access device fraud, theft of services and bad checks, filed Jan. 26.

Michael Lucas, 24, of McKeesport waived to court charges of DUI, possession of marijuana, turn-signal violation and driving with a suspended license, filed April 24.

Leslie J. Porter, 43, of Evans City waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, careless driving, disregarding traffic lane, turn-signal violation and two counts of DUI, filed Sept. 28, 2016.

Anthony Deloyal McMillion, 61, of Beaver Falls waived to court charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property, theft by deception/false impression, and two counts of driving with a suspended license, filed March 28. He also waived to court charges of retail theft, access device fraud, theft by deception/false impression and receiving stolen property, filed May 3.

Jessica Marie Wichman, 32, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of unlawfully attempting to buy a firearm and statement under penalty, filed April 5.

Christopher John Wagner, 41, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of no headlights and two counts of DUI, filed March 28 by Evans City Seven Fields Police.

Sennaya Johnnice Spell, 24, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 25.

Blessing Marie Spell, 20, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 25.

Codey Haddad, 27, of Monaca was held for court on charges of defiant trespass actual communication, filed Feb. 7.

Adam Matthew Worsham, 35, of Ellwood City waived to court charges of retail theft, possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, receiving stolen property, driving with a suspended license and driving with an obstructed window, filed May 5.

Renee Rubino, 30, of Rochester waived to court charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property, defiant trespass actual communication and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, filed May 9. She also waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 4.

Mason Davis, 29, of Beaver Falls waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft, access device fraud, theft by deception/false impression and receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 1.

William Jack Jacobs Jr., 35, of Ambridge waived to court four counts of conspiracy to commit retail theft, four counts of retail theft and four counts of receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 21.

Julianne L. Dapper, 51, of Zelienople was held for court on three counts of acquiring/possession of a controlled substance, filed Jan. 26 by the Office of Attorney General.
