SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge William O’Donnell recently heard these cases.

Dakota Michael Taylor, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and a headlight violation, filed Dec. 11 by state police.

Anna Kathryn Anderson, 21, of Grove City waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Feb. 26 by Slippery Rock police.

Mark Lewis Newman, 21, of Ellwood City waived to court charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threats, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct, filed April 8 by state police.

Joseph Dale Steiner, 22, of Harrisville waived to court charges of driving under the influence, a stop sign violation and driving the wrong way, filed March 30 by Slippery Rock University police.

George Donald Curry Jr., 19, of Allison Park waived to court charges of making false reports and disorderly conduct, filed Feb. 5 by Slippery Rock University police.

Kurt William Speicher, 31, of Portersville waived to court charges of possessing drug paraphernalia, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 25 by state police.

Brandon Tanner Zilavy, 19, of Gibsonia waived to court charges of driving under the influence, obscured plates, possessing marijuana and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed March 11 by Slippery Rock police.

Kaye Allen Glatt, 20, of Saint Marys waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disorderly conduct and a traffic signal violation, filed April 6 by Slippery Rock police.

Samuel Tyler Hines, 19, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana, possessing drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, speeding, careless driving and reckless driving, filed March 12 by state police.

Otto P. Shriver, 43, of Grove City was held for court on a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia filed March 31 by state police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard these cases.

Bradley J. Harriett, 43, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, falsely incriminating another person, giving false identification to police, possessing a controlled substance, possessing drug paraphernalia and driving during suspension — DUI related, filed April 5 by Butler Township police.

Shayna M. McDowell, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, fleeing from police, driving during suspension and a traffic signal violation, filed May 22 by Butler Township police.

Bobbie L. Hancheck, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving at an unsafe speed, abandoning a vehicle, careless driving, failing to stop and give aid after an accident, accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle or property and failing to immediately notify police of an accident, filed April 27 by Butler Township police.

Nathan R. Huber, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possessing drug paraphernalia, improperly entering or crossing a road and careless driving, filed April 17 by Butler Township police.

Delaney E. Marion, 22, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed April 10 by Butler Township police and paid fines and court costs of $460.50.

Devon Niame Davis-Hill, 25, of Philadelphia was held for court on charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, corruption of minors, possessing a controlled substance and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed April 26 by Butler Township police.

Tyrone M. Higgins, 34, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of conspiracy, possessing drug paraphernalia and giving false identification of police, filed May 24 by Butler Township police.

Kashmir Marie Wissinger, 26, of Saxonburg was held for court on charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed May 24 by Butler Township police.

Darrin Joseph DiBiccaro, 46, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed April 3 by Butler Township police.

Trevor Alex Krauchak, 25, of Butler waived to court a charge of driving under the influence filed April 21 by Butler Township police.

Tyler Allen Albright, 24, of Butler was held for court on charges of theft by deception filed March 16 by Butler Township police.

Sydney May Panza, 19, of Evans City waived to court charges of theft by deception and theft, filed Feb. 21 by Butler Township police.

Daniel D. Askew, 21, of Farrell pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed May 4 by Butler Township police and paid a fine and court costs of $360.50.
