GRADUATES

Karlee Kushnereit of Evans City received a bachelor's degree in nursing from Robert Morris University. She graduated summa cum laude with a GPA of 3.95.

She was one of only 10 seniors chosen by the faculty to receive the university's Presidential Award.

Kushnereit is a registered nurse on the neurosurgical unit of UPMC Passavant — McCandless.

She is a 2013 graduate of Seneca Valley High School and the daughter of David and Susan Kushnereit of Evans City.

Madelyn Smith of Columbia, S.C., received a bachelor's degree in public relations from the University of South Carolina.She was on the dean's list.
