CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases:

Dakota Taylor, 24, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment filed March 18 by Butler state police. A charge of simple assault was withdrawn.

Malone Birckbichler, 23, of Hilliards waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lane, careless driving and not using low beams filed May 23 by Butler state police.

Kenan Johnson, 18, of Glen Burnie, Md., waived to court charges of aggravated assault (two counts) and simple assault (two counts) filed May 15 by Butler state police. Charges of harassment (two counts) were withdrawn.

Benjamin Lechien, 31, of Butler pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and public drunkenness filed May 11 by Butler state police. Charges of theft by motor vehicle and criminal attempt were withdrawn.

SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Timothy A. Swank, 49, of Shelocta, waived to court charges of manufacture, delivery or possession of a controlled substance; possession of a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia; driving under the influence of a controlled substance; and improper sunscreening filed Feb. 24 by state police.

Yolanda Lynn Harris, 45, was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, failing to provide identification to an officer, illegal parking in limited access highway, violation of hazard regulation and failure to use safety belt filed Jan. 20 by state police.

Nathan Adam Brumbaugh, 30, of Elderton waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving, a lighting violation and failure to use safety belt filed Feb. 12 by state police.

Isaac Corey Hollenberger, 26, of Cabot waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving, disregarding traffic lanes and improper tires filed May 3 by Penn Township police.

James Ray Morrow, 61, of Rural Valley, waived to court charges of manufacture, delivery or possession of a controlled substance; possession of a controlled substance; and possession of drug paraphernalia filed Feb. 24 by state police.

Qureem Overton, 34, of Butler was held for court on charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence filed Feb. 24 by state police.

Larry Fredrick DeJohn, 34, of Reynoldsville, waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, disregarding traffic lanes and making an improper turn filed Feb. 24 by state police.

Calvin Homer McHenry, 59, of Vandergrift, waived to court charges of aggravated assault, driving under the influence, terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment and careless driving filed May 15 by Butler state police.

Lee Harless, 48, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property filed April 28 by Middlesex Township police.

Keith John DiMaio, 36, of Kittanning pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed April 25 by Buffalo Township police and paid a fine and costs of $243.80.

David Gregory Deloia, 19, of Ellwood City waived to court a charge of driving under the influence filed March 25 by Slippery Rock University police.

Grayson Woods, 22, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence filed April 9 by Slippery Rock University police.

Philip John Ferrara, 21, of Monroe, N.Y., waived to court charges of driving under the influence, making an improper turn and disorderly conduct filed Feb. 11 by Slippery Rock police.

Kyle James Willis, 43, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes and driving without headlights filed March 26 by Slippery Rock police.

Colin Patrick Robinson, 24, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, making an improper stop and operating a vehicle with unsafe equipment filed April 2 by Slippery Rock police.

Zachary Paul Wonders, 23, of Freeport waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a vehicle with unsafe equipment filed March 16 by Slippery Rock police.

Allan Bruce Hohman, 23, of Hamburg, Pa., waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving with an open container of alcohol and disorderly conduct filed April 9 by Slippery Rock police.
