Memorial Weekend would have been your 100th and 98th birthdays. We miss you every day. I expect you are having a celebration up there this weekend as we always did here on Memorial Day. All of your brothers and sisters and most of your friends are already there by now. Please give everybody we love and miss a big hug from us. When we get up there we plan to introduce you to a growing bunch of kids that you haven’t met yet and you can introduce us to parents and grandparents we haven’t met. Since I can’t do it in person yet, I just want to thank you one more time for being the loving parents and grandparents that you were to us. We appreciate all that you did for us and continue to benefit from your thoughtfulness. You left us a lot but you also left us with two holes in our hearts that continuously wish that you were still here. We love you. We miss you. We thank you.
